FAQ's

1) What is the process to sign up for the community?

From the login button, you can navigate to the login portal where you can sign-up for the community you want to be a part of. You can also navigate to the portal from "Join a Community" button on this page. 

2) Can I be part of multiple communities?

We don’t recommend that you be a part of more than one community but if you feel that your dilemma(s) require you to be part of multiple communities, you can write to us at welcome@ofexperiences.com and we will take your request into consideration.

3) How do I get selected to be a part of the exclusive cohort?

Our exclusive cohort has limited number of seats and hence we follow a strict application process to ensure that our members are the right fit. You can apply for the cohort by clicking on “Apply for a cohort” button and our member connect representative will reach out to you with further updates.

4) How many members would be admitted into a single cohort?

We have small cohorts to ensure better and personalized support to our members. Our cohort size will not exceed 50 seats.

5) Can I reach out to OfExperiences with my dilemma and subsequently ask for a helping hand in choosing a suitable cohort for myself?

Yes, you can reach out to our member connect representative and he/she will guide you based on your dilemma to choose the right career program best suited to you.

6) What time and days will the live sessions be conducted?

Considering majority of our members are working professionals, most of our sessions will be conducted on weekends or post regular work hours.

7) What if someone is not able to attend the session on the scheduled date?

If you are unable to attend the live session, you will have access to the recording of the session on the same page within 24 hrs.

8) Can I get a trial of the cohort before I sign up for it?

The community offers an insight into what the cohort has to offer and what one can expect upon enrolling and therefore we would suggest that you join our open community.

9) How is a community different from a cohort?

A Cohort is a scheduled program with limited seats for selected applicants to provide its members personalized solutions for their career dilemmas, while a community is an open platform for you to interact with like minded individuals with similar interests and career dilemmas as you.

10) Is there any particular criteria to be  part of a community like in case of the cohort?

The community is an open platform that welcomes anyone and everyone, provided your requirements and needs are addressed by being a member of that community.

(Example – A working professional with 15 years of work experience will not have a gainful experience by being a part of the Career Cross Roads Community that is designed for working professionals with 3-5 years of work experience.)

11) Will community members also have to go through the selection process for the exclusive cohort? 

In case the community members wish to enroll for the exclusive cohort, their applications will be fast tracked and given priority.

12) Is there a stipulated time for which a member can be part of the free community or is it indefinite?

There is no expiry date attached to the membership of the community and all community members will get to enjoy the benefits/services of the community as long it is relevant to them.

13) How do I know which community/cohort to join?

Each of our community/cohort is meant for professionals at a certain career stage and with a particular career question.

14) How do I change / cancel my subscription for a cohort?

The subscription cannot be cancelled once a member has been enrolled as the allotment is based on a selection process.
